How MOVARA collects, uses and protects personal information.

- MOVARA Mobility Incorporated ("MOVARA") provides passenger transportation in Queens County and on Nova Scotia's South Shore.

Information we collect
- Booking requests: name, phone, email, pickup and destination, date and time, passengers, luggage, flight numbers, return-trip details, child-seat and accessibility needs, and any notes you provide.
- Contact and quote requests: name, phone, email, and your message.
- Driver interest: name, contact details, location, licence class, years driving, vehicle information, availability and any résumé you upload.
- With every form, we record your consent, when it was given, your IP address and browser type, to protect against misuse and to evidence consent.
- If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may collect information about how you use the website. If you decline, they are not loaded.
How we use it
- To arrange and confirm your trip, contact you about it, and respond to your enquiries.
- To review expressions of interest from prospective drivers.
- To send you emails about your request. We do not send marketing emails from these forms.

Sharing and service providers
- We use service providers to operate the website and send email (for example, our hosting provider and SendGrid for email delivery). They process information on our behalf.
- We do not sell personal information.
